bulletMyUCF/Peoplesoft Upgrade

UCF is preparing to upgrade our PeopleSoft Student Administration and Human Resources System. The software upgrade will give myUCF improved features and functionality.

June 6 - June 11, 2009: Data Conversion Period: myUCF will be unavailable on June 6, 2009 from 6:00 AM until 9:00 AM. Beginning at 9:00 AM myUCF will be accessible as "read only."

This means that you will have the ability to login and view information in the system, but you will not be able to update or enter new data. All information seen in myUCF during this period will be from a frozen snapshot of the system taken at 6:00 AM on June 6.

The myUCF portal, CRM, Financials and Webcourses will be accessible and updateable throughout the entire data conversion period.

June 11, 2009: The new version of myUCF will be available, and you will again be able to read, enter, and update data in the system.

bulletInternet Explorer 8 Compatibility Issues

Internet Explorer 8 is currently being pushed out by Microsoft to customers via system update and direct download. At this time WebCourses@UCF, My.UCF.edu and the Groupwise webmail client are not supporting this browser and users who attempt to connect to these websites using Internet Explorer 8 may experience difficulties. Students and faculty are being urged not to upgrade their browser for the time being, however if you have already updated your browser and are having difficulty with any UCF websites we recommend that you install Mozilla Firefox for the time being until such time as Internet Explorer 8 is supported by UCF.
